With The Criminal Justice System
Today we still stand by that law created by a racist ideology and lobbied across the United States, United Nations and the World. This is a law that has achieved a racist concept by keeping down 90 percent of American Black Males like the Mexicans sending them through the US criminal justice system where many have perished. This concept and decision however unwittingly mirrored has also held down people right across the globe, preventing them gaining an equal standing. Therefore when the chains of slavery where released it was surely only physically but not in the mentality of those racist ideologist who sanctioned alcohol as being less of a threat to our societies than marijuana. This Mentality sending a Nation into an underworld where the system has had a ready supply for a prison population. Since the late sixties Jamaican and West Indian migration the decision made by an Anslinger crusade, has readily affected the UK as well as many other European countries.
"Anslinger retired in 1962 at age 70, the mandatory retirement age for government employees. It is still unclear whether his retirement was voluntary, which is probable, or whether he had been forced out by President Kennedy (McWilliams 180). He had served as Commissioner of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics under five presidents. He is responsible, either directly or indirectly or in between, for giving us the idea that marijuana is a gateway drug, that those who break laws concerning marijuana should receive mandatory minimum sentences and that marijuana should be illegal. He is also responsible for ending our long-standing production of hemp and for rooting out most wild marijuana throughout the country. Indeed the popularization of the name 'marijuana' or 'marijuana' is often attributed to Anslinger, although this is unlikely. The influence of the life and career of this man, unknown by most people in our country, affects many legal and social issues today, thirty years after his death."

1970s Underworld routes for cannabis become a gateway for more deadly narcotics by 1980 the risk for a new generation involved in cannabis supply, are weighed up as the same as class A when up for sentencing in the UK.
1990 the increase in class A powder trade, also internal gun crime and inner city street deaths 2002/ 2007 and the Anslinger Law is taking casualties within our societies communities. As alcohol sale and distribution becomes legal twenty four hours, inner city streets see the increase in crack and a cultural use of Khat, amidst other drugs, again we have the right to ask these questions.
If Cannabis had been left legal substance how many Black people would be helping to enforce law and order and not trapped on the other side of this systems perceived law bidding society?
If Alcohol consumption had been the only way for African slaves and descendent to escape the reality of being captured in a day- to- day torment of slavery and none restoration, then not is it not true that many of us would not be here today?
If the many facts stated above that have been pre recorded and noted by writers, scholars and pro marijuana activists are all wrong, then give us a reason Not To Consume Cannabis, other than medical threats attributed to smoking tobacco?
Threatening Today's Stability
No cannabis and marijuana is not for everybody and neither is alcohol and everyone knows their own limits likes and dislikes. As nuts have been known to kill, alcohol threatens our stability and will continue to do so a lot more than the Marijuana Cannabis plants or its users.
"Myth: Smoking marijuana can cause cancer and serious lung damage.
Fact: The chance of contracting cancer from smoking marijuana is
minuscule. Tobacco smokers typically smoke 20+ cigarettes every day
for decades, but virtually nobody smokes marijuana in the quantity and
frequency required to cause cancer. A 1997 UCLA study (see page 9)
concluded that even prolonged and heavy marijuana smoking causes no
serious lung damage. Cancer risks from common foods (meat, salt, dairy
products) far exceed any cancer risk posed by smoking
marijuana. Respiratory health hazards and cancer risks can be totally
eliminated by ingesting marijuana in baked foods."
Placing Skunk, Bud and Hybrid Cannabis
Since it began in Holland skunk production has become the new discovery of the millennium and mass production can be achieved from a small locker containing two plants. Local law enforcement clamp down and raid properties known to be housing such ventures and this is seen to reduce and prop up crime figures. This again a game of cops and robbers and waste in Police resources. 24 hour drinking is here to overshadowed the systems failure to again find the right solution when it has been there all the time. Some argue that a lot of the super strength skunk is causing harm in the way its grown and more potent than normal cannabis.

Fact: There is no medical evidence that shows high-potency marijuana
is more harmful than low-potency marijuana. Marijuana is literally one
of the least toxic substances known. High-potency marijuana is
actually preferable because less is of it consumed to obtain the
desired effect; thereby reducing the amount of smoke that enters the
lungs and lowering the risk of any respiratory health
hazards. Claiming that high-potency marijuana is more harmful than
low-potency marijuana is like claiming wine is more harmful than
beer."
Between The Rock and the Hard Place
Hybrid skunk and some times badly infected productions are the result of societies inability to be able to educate and control how the Marijuana plant and pollen substance should be grown and used properly. This in conflict with a law drawn up by the Anslinger crusade against Cannabis that has caused our societies more damage than it ever did good.
