William Ronnie Rat Pit Esquire welcomes you to the depths of the Pit by introducing:
Sexy Roxanne Treegreenairy, mid-twenties, picks up mature mixed-race fifteen year old and potential Olympic swimmer Ramon Brown. She takes him home spikes his drink before forcing the young man to indulge in sexual activity.
Being kept in bondage for over two days has more deadly consequences for Ramon than the shame of admitting to being a victim of rape by Roxanne Treegreenairy. She is HIV positive and definitely not a woman who has ever contained her passion.
The laugh rebounding around the spell-bound young audience belongs to Ronnie Rat Pit who applauds Roxanne, acknowledging her final act of deceit.
Echoing, the laugh trails into the introduction of Ronnie Rat Pits second viewing.
"I know ya all loved Roxanne...But this one ... will take ya all the way. I introduce:"
Greek Paulie is a young married man who is always dodging his wife to be left alone doing what he thinks he does best. Paulie is a full time bookie shop gambler. A young man who attends his local betting establishment every morning and stays until the days final race is complete. Paulie rarely has big wins and puts up with being confronted publicly by his wife, always searching for him and any money he has left.
On the morning June 6th 2006, as always, Paulie is ducking and diving about the betting shop. The old black disfigured stranger enters and potters around the day's racing display boards. The old stranger then approaches Paulie asking if he could write out a complicated six-horse accumulator bet for him.
Paulie, who knows almost everything about the stallions and their form, other than what it takes to back a winner, gladly obliges the stranger. The stranger thanks Paulie by handing him back one of the accumulator slips, urging him to copy it for himself. Paulie of course has already laid his bets for that afternoon's race cards and the stranger seeing him hesitate, smiles and offers him two pound to cover the bet.
Paulie grins as the man places the money in his hand but the grinning momentarily stops as the dark man whispers.
"But if all six win...Remember! Your Soul is mine."
Paulie laughs and places on the bet and by the time he returns that stranger has vanished. Forgetting the slip until the final race of the day when the disfigured strangers last words begin to mean anything to Paulie.
"If that last one wins Remember ... Your Soul is Mine!"
Again Rat Pit laughs at the outcome of the final scene.
